An episode of Cold Case revolved the three female classmates who torments and bullies the twelve - year - old Rita Baxter in the year of 1990.
Tiffany O'Connell, another blonde - haired female character who tormented and bullied Rita thirdly; she was close friends with Brandi Beaudry and Ariel Shuman, she was the frequent tormentor of Rita Baxter.
In 1990, Tiffany is the middle schoolgirl while Brandi prepares the sleepover.
Tiffany was very pretty; she attends the Chestnut Collegiate. While she was mean; her bullying of Rita proves to be relentless. Somehow, she became somehow aware of the affair between her father and Rita's mother named Kelly which caused to resent them both. In Brandi's living room, so she took Rita's glasses to play while Brandi and Ariel were watching the show as Brandi's parents were coming how they make money. As she and Ariel run off to hide by Brandi's high orders, dropping Rita's glasses on the sofa.
After Brandi kicked Neil out, she came in the bedroom along with Ariel as Brandi maniacally constructed ways to kill Rita as she waits around uninterested. Eventually, she backed out when she became fed up and nearly disgusted with Brandi's deranged behavior and Ariel's persistence to be Brandi's doormat. She ended up leaving Rita behind, a decision which more than likely haunted her as Rita's pleading face would remain engraved in her memory. After raiding the liquor cabinet of Beaudry, she eventually passed out in the end.
In 2004, Tiffany was now this woman with her short hair.
Her alcoholism has been kicked out of the Chestnut Collegiate, followed by years of multiple DUI's and house arrest in a lower income home. Her life has been crumble continually after Rita's murder.
In the end, Lily and Scotty convinced her to save herself from going down for Rita's murder which latter made Ariel to confess to.
