Kelly Baxter is the mother of Rita Baxter, she lost her daughter who is murderously pushed by Ariel Shuman the tall girl with long brown hair on 14 years ago.
In 1990, Kelly Baxter had a twin tougher braids.
She drove the car when her daughter, Rita, who told where the story was. She realized her "being not well and feeling sick", she pointed to Ariel Shuman but was told by Rita; asking her why not. Rita told her sweetly and demurely that these girls and she were not friends anymore, she also told her that Ariel is with Brandi the blonde - haired girl because Brandi did not like her that Brandi angrily questioned her why is she looking at.
Kelly realizes Rita telling her that Brandi took her jacket to give it to the janitor, then, she took it back from the janitor. But, Kelly modestly said to her daughter that these girls are very idiotic when some of us were losers though they'll be cool; she told her sincerely in the car that Rita's gonna be cool and highly whacky in this school.
In 2004, Kelly has a short bushy curly & wavy hair. She told the detectives about Brandi the haughty girl who torments her only daughter; when she was at home.
In this police office, Kelly told the detectives something happened all about her daughter's horrible death.
In the end, Kelly lamented about her daughter who died at night on fourteen years ago and was comforted by Lily Rush that Ariel Shuman is the one who both distantly and extremely pushes Rita Baxter into the devil's pool that night on November 1990.
